Dear Beloved Garnes Family,

We invite you to join us Sunday morning as we close our reunion with our traditional family praise and worship service—our final gathering before we part ways. What better way to end this special time together than by thanking God for His many blessings?

We’ll gather at Saint Mark Cathedral, COGIC in Wichita, Kansas, under the leadership of Bishop Mark Gilkey and worship alongside two of our own devoted family members, Steve and Taura Garnes, making this moment even more special. Their faith reflects the spiritual thread that has run through us all, binding our family across generations.

Through faith, Saint Mark Cathedral and landmark houses of worship like The New Morning Star Baptist Church in West Dallas, The Historical Calvary Baptist Church in Wichita, and Shawnee Baptist Church in Annona, Texas, have nurtured and strengthened our family for generations. These sacred places have been a source of faith, wisdom, and spiritual growth for those who came before us.

Let’s come together one last time to worship, reflect, and celebrate the faith that has always been at the heart of our family.
