Greetings my Beloved Garnes Family,

IT'S FAMILY REUNION TIME AGAIN and I am so excited! Just the thought of seeing my family members brings me immense joy. I am Trina Garnes; granddaughter of the late Roosevelt Garnes Sr. and Willie Lee Garnes of Clarksville, Texas. As a native of Clarksville, I‘ve had the privilege of serving on every family reunion committee. In 1996, we held the first Garnes family reunion in our Ancestral Home of Clarksville, TX. It was special and memorable for it was the last time the gone, but never forgotten, famous Patriarch cousins Roosevelt Garnes Sr. and Johnnie Garnes graced us in the same place with their “larger than life” presence. Over 28 years later, I am honored to be a part of the planning for our upcoming 2025 reunion and continue my grandfather’s vision.
